- Return Conditions
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the items meet the following conditions:
The items remain in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
The items are accompanied by all original tags, packaging, and any included promotional gifts. - Return Process
Please begin by contacting our customer service team via email, providing your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the items.
Our customer service team will review and confirm your return request within 24–48 hours, providing you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return address.
Please securely package the items and ship them back to the designated return address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product quality issue.
Once the returned items are received and have passed inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. - Refund Details
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (account or credit card) used to place the order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part).
